Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation of the reservation, it must be duly notified to the lodge through our email: penthouse1004@gmail.com

1) Within 7 days prior to the date of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited. If the first night has not been paid in advance, it must be paid by bank transfer or payment link.

2) El período que comprende los 8 días y 20 días anteriores to your reservation, 50% del anticipo received para la reprogramación, dentro de los próximos 12 meses. No hay reembolso. 

3) The period between 21 to 30 days prior to your reservation, 75% of the deposit received para la reprogramación, dentro de los próximos 12 meses. No hay reembolso. 

4) Si cancelás tu reserva con 31 días o más de anticipación, to your reservation, 100% of the advance payment received para la reprogramación, dentro de los próximos 12 meses. No hay reembolso. 

Relevant clarifications::

In exceptional cases of impossibility to travel on the rescheduling date, a request for reimbursement of the corresponding percentage of the amount paid may be processed but only under the following conditions: a) the reimbursement will be made through payment in three (3) equal, monthly and consecutive installments, the first of which will be due thirty (30) days after receipt of the request; b) it will be in Argentine pesos (AR$) and c) there will be a 5% discount for taxes charged.

 Promotions and reservations made under the pre-trip program are subject to rescheduling only. They are not refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling in all cases is subject to tariff changes and availability.

Only one (1) modification per reservation is allowed. No changes can be made within 15 days prior to your reservation.

Time/date changes and cancellations by the company of your air or ground transportation must be duly demonstrated by sending the company's notification.
